How to make a pesto using stinging nettles!
Food processor or blender
1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Optional: nuts (walnut, pine nuts, and almonds are ones I've personally tried before), garlic, lemon juice
Put boiled nettles into food processor/blender
Add extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper, and optional garlic, nuts, and lemon juice to taste
Combine ingredients in the processor/blender until completely mixed.
Once mixed, put nettle pesto into container to enjoy now or later!
